On the Sarlaboux family cereal farm, this beautiful brick and pebble barn also houses 4 other gîtes and a large communal room. This studio has an unenclosed outside area with barbecue and picnic tables in the shade of the trees, shared with the other gîtes. Just a stone's throw from the Toulouse metropolitan area, and close to many tourist attractions: 3km from the shops and restaurants of Aussonne; 6km from the Château & Labyrinthe de Merville; 8km from MEET (Toulouse Exhibition Centre); 8km from the Forêt de Bouconne, for hiking and cycling, and from the Seilh golf course; 11km from Grenade, and its medieval market hall, listed as a historic monument and home to one of France's finest markets; 12km from Toulouse/Blagnac airport and the Aeroscopia museum; 21km from the AnimaParc leisure park; 23km from the Isle-Jourdain leisure centre for water skiing and wake-boarding; 25km from the Château de Laréole; 1 hour's drive from Auch and Montauban. This "Mer" studio is 26m2 and sleeps 2. It has a kitchenette (2 hotplates, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a Table Top fridge), a dining area (1 table and 4 chairs), a 160x200 bed for 2 people, a shower room (walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet), reversible air conditioning and Internet access. A kitchen and a large common room are available in the same building, where you can prepare and eat your meals if you wish. These areas are also shared with the 2 other gîtes on the first floor. There is also a mezzanine games room with a small pool table above the main room. The common room can be used for small seminars or family gatherings, for around 50 people. Parking is available at the entrance to the property.
