Lilian and Viviane are pleased to welcome you in their farm to tell you everything about their growing techniques and know-how. They produce and sell purple garlic, shalotts and onions. They also cultivate wheat and sunflowers on their one-ha farm. Garlic purple is dried on a wood structure and the stems are braided. Garlic pasta on sale at the farm.
