Joël welcomes you in his farm dedicated to Cadours purple garlic.
Joël Soldi has been cultivating Cadours PDO purple garlic and shallots since 2012 in his 70-ha family run farm. Purple garlic is harvested with its stem and dried on a wood structure. All products are on sale from July 1st to end of October.
