Anne-Marie will be pleased to welcome you to her farm specialising in fattened duck. She will share with you her passion for her activity. Direct sale is available on the farm.

The Narguet farm is a family business where Anne-Marie grows open-air poultry that is fed with locally cultivated cereals. But the biggest part of the farm cereals is used to feed fattened ducks that are given yellow corn from October to mid-April. In addition Anne-Marie grows Cadours Purple Garlic (PDO). The garlic is grown, harvested and then dried on wooden bars under a ventilated shelter. Anne-Marie works with great chefs such as the one at the Château de Drudas in the restaurant Le Verdurier. She offers direct sales at the farm by appointment and she will be delighted to show you her duck breeding and purple garlic farm. In the farm shop you will find canned foie gras, duck pâté, confit, cassoulet and other products derived from duck. Delivery available on order.
