Description

Situated in the heart of the village of Launac, with a view of the château and the lake, the Halo Tolosan gîte is set against a manor house.

The Halo Tolosan property is on two levels: Ground floor: a large living room of around 40m2, with an open-plan kitchen, leading onto two private terraces, 1 facing north, the other south; the kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, 4-burner hob, microwave oven, electric kettle, cast-iron teapot, toaster, coffee machine with beans, crockery for 8 people. A coffee/tea/oil/vinegar/salt/pepper kit is provided. A video lounge for perfect movie nights, watching the World Cup or sharing family photos. A bedroom with a 180*200 bed overlooking the garden and a bathroom with a walk-in shower; the WC is separate. Upstairs: 3 separate bedrooms, one with a 180*200 bed, the other two with 160X200 beds, the 3 beds can be separated into two twin beds, a separate shower room with shower cubicle and WC. A cot for children under 2 can be added on request. Linen is provided, sheets / duvet / pillows / towel / tea towels. Swimming pool towels are not provided. The north-facing terrace overlooks the garden and is equipped with a garden table for 8 people, barbecue and sun loungers. The swimming pool is open from 8am to 10pm and is equipped with sun loungers and a parasol. Children and teenagers under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at their own risk.
