In the heart of the Haut-Garonne countryside, in an old farmhouse that has been carefully renovated, the gîte "En Magnet" welcomes you for a peaceful stay, between fields and woods, a stone's throw from Toulouse (25 km) and just 5 km from all amenities. Situated on the edge of the small village of Le Castéra, this detached gîte enjoys a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing with the family or for business trips. You'll love its private exterior: a large courtyard, a grassy area under a large walnut tree for siestas in the shade, a covered terrace for outdoor meals, and a barbecue available to enjoy the warm summer evenings. Little extras: easy parking under a shed, 2 bicycles available for exploring the surrounding area, outdoor games for young and old (table tennis). Pets not allowed. Horse riders welcome: enclosed meadow, horse boarding (€15/day - ask the owner), hay available (€6/bunch). There are several signposted hiking trails starting from the gîte. Nearby, a host of activities await you: swimming pool, golf course and riding centre 6 km away, Isle-Jourdain lake (9 km) for fishing and water sports. In short, the ideal location for relaxing in the countryside, yet close to Toulouse, MEETT and Blagnac airport (23 km). The gîte has 2 levels. Ground floor: entrance, separate kitchen with dining area (wood-burning stove), living room with dining and sitting areas and staircase to the first floor, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x200cm) (1 double bed 160x200cm with shower and washbasin), bathroom with bath, shower, double washbasin and laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer), separate WC. 2 Upstairs: library and reading/office area on the mezzanine, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x200cm), shower room/WC. Heating and air conditioning by ducted heat pump. Wifi internet connection.
