Set in the hills of Gascony, this superb 300 m² holiday home, with 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms + 1 dormitory with 4 beds, can accommodate up to 12 people. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi for video calls, a TV and a home cinema connected to the fibre. The property offers level access and interiors, making it accessible to all guests. Families will appreciate the provision of a cot and high chair. You'll enjoy the peace and sunshine with no direct neighbours, on a 6-hectare plot, while being 5-10 minutes from all the local shops and a leisure centre. The private garden invites you to relax and use the barbecues for outdoor meals. The large terrace, 70 m² of which is covered and 50 m² very sunny, has a large table for 12 guests, ideal for convivial and memorable meals with all the specialities of the Gascon region. The private outdoor swimming pool is set in a dedicated area with pool house, pergola and stone garden table. It will be a great place to relax and cool off during your stay (open during the summer season, weather permitting; closes in mid-September). There are 5 parking spaces on the property. Other communal facilities include a pool table, table tennis, darts, archery target and an orchard with a gazebo. Events are not permitted on the property. A number of walking, cycling, motorbike and quad bike routes are available nearby. Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost (included in July and August). Electricity costs are included, subject to reasonable consumption. A contract must be signed prior to arrival.
