Description

An early 19th century farmhouse built of pebbles and bricks, completely renovated, with its 18th century dovecote. This farmhouse has 11 bedrooms, spread over 2 separate gîtes, with 5,000 m2 of countryside on the edge of the small village of Daux. The gîtes open onto a large covered hall measuring 200 m2, which includes a large summer lounge, a barbecue in an old forge, as well as a bread and pizza oven. This hall can be equipped with one or more tables, for up to 40 people. From this hall, you also have access to a table tennis table and a petanque area, as well as a swimming pool.

La Ferme" gîte: 3-star rating With a surface area of 260 m2, for a maximum of 15 people, this gîte has 8 large bedrooms, an 80 m2 living room and a 20 m2 fully-equipped kitchen. The 8 bedrooms are between 14 and 30 m2. The bedrooms include: 1 master suite (bedroom with toilet and bathroom); 3 dormitory bedrooms with one 180x200 bed and two 90x200 beds; 1 bedroom with one 180x200 bed and one 90x200 bed; and 3 bedrooms with one 180x200 bed. There are also 2 toilets and 3 bathrooms. Les Écuries" gîte: The old stables have been partly replaced by a new 120 m2 building, clad in old Toulousian fairground bricks. For 7 people, this gîte has 3 large bedrooms, each with its own toilet and bathroom, a 25 m2 living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shaded terrace. These include: 1 bedroom on the ground floor, with a double bed (160x200); 1 bedroom on the first floor, also with a double bed (160x200); 1 other bedroom on the first floor, with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200); and a sofa bed (140x200) in the living room.
