Description

In Cadours, Joël Soldi and his son Pierre continue the family tradition of growing PDO Cadours Violet Garlic.

On a 70-hectare farm, they also produce shallots using traditional methods. The garlic is harvested with its stalk, then dried on wooden bars to preserve all its qualities. Committed to High Environmental Value, the farm offers direct sales from July to the end of October, as well as at the Wednesday garlic farmers' market in Cadours in season.
