Olivier Ambrosino invites you to come and discover his beekeeping skills in Bretx!

Olivier, a former Site Manager, developed a passion for beekeeping and decided to make it his profession, having been trained by a local beekeeper whom he considers to be his mentor. He started his business with 10 hives, and can now show you this multi-faceted profession with his 450 hives and beehives and offer you up to six varieties of honey (flower, acacia, mountain, spring, spirulina, hazelnut, etc.). His different types of honey are packaged in glass jars, which are both recyclable and reusable. You can find them in his shop, and at various points of sale, including the Tourist Office. Right next door to his shop is his production workshop, where all the stages of honey production are carried out on site, including gluing the labels onto the jars (using milk-based glue). You can even see his hives, which he builds himself, on the surrounding land.
