Nicolas Faure is in the process of converting to organic farming. You can buy green lentils in 500g bags, old-fashioned wheat flour (Bordeaux red) produced with a stone mill, buckwheat flour, popcorn, lentil flour, maize flour, polenta, chickpeas and square peas, as well as chickpea flour, sunflower seeds, durum wheat pasta (coquillettes and fusillis). The products are packaged on site. As well as selling directly from the farm, you can visit the farm and find out about the packaging process. Orders can be placed from the Facebook page via Messenger with a click-and-collect system.
