Description

L'atelier herboriste is a place dedicated to plants, where Dorianne makes products from dried plants, and where she organises workshops to pass on her knowledge of the plant world to a wide audience.

Dorianne welcomes you to her workshop, where she brings together plants selected to improve your well-being: crazy salts; individual plants; compositions for inhalation; and several ready-to-use herbal tea blends (in individual infusettes, loose and in sachets). All these products are available in her shop or from certain local retailers. Dorianne also offers personalised blends, assembled on request, which require prior consultation to refine the choice of plants. What makes Dorianne so special is that she makes her knowledge available to as many people as possible! In fact, she offers two introductory workshops in herbalism and "Cuisine Sauvage". For each of these introductory workshops, she'll show you around her workshop, tell you all about her work, guide you through the discovery of wild plants (in the field and/or with a slide show, depending on the weather), offer you a tasting of herbal teas, and finally offer you the chance to make a herbal recipe: a herbal tea or an oily macerate. If you'd like to take part in one of these workshops, lasting between 2.5 and 3 hours, all you have to do is visit the website. Two dates are offered each month, one for each workshop, one at the weekend and the other on Mondays, for shopkeepers. In winter only, Dorianne offers an introduction to wild basketry. Over the course of a day, you'll learn to recognise useful plants for basketry and make a bird feeder. A little extra: If you'd like to offer these products and/or these workshops to your loved ones, Dorianne can provide gift cards, both paper and electronic, which you can also find on her website.
