Come and meet Sébastien Taupiac a garlic grower and president of the Syndicat de l'Ail Violet, the professional organisation dedicated to Purple Garlic.

Sébastien has been President of the Syndicat de l'Ail Violet de Cadours since 2015 and he is a garlic grower in his family run farm. Cadours purple garlic is registered as a PDO offering the customers quality products made with traditional know-hows. Sébastien will be delighted to welcome you and make you discover his job. He will also show you how to braid garlic stems. In the farm shop he sells garlic packed in braids, bulk garlic and shallots.
