At the Ferme du Rev, discover an authentic world dedicated to goats and farmhouse cheeses, in the heart of the Hauts Tolosans. Lisa Wroblewski, a passionate goatherd, welcomes you to share her craft and know-how, from milking to processing the milk, which is done every morning directly on the farm.

Here, respect for animal welfare is at the heart of the project: the goats live on 7 hectares of meadows and wooded parkland, with outdoor access all year round. La Ferme du Rev offers a range of delicious, authentic goat's cheeses, from the traditional cabécou to original creations like Tarti'chèvre, carefully matured to reveal all their flavours. Each product reflects precise craftsmanship and constant attention to quality. Lisa settled on the family land in 2021, and has built up her project step by step, with the support of her family and the Chamber of Agriculture, giving birth to a business on a human scale, sincere and committed. The cheese dairy is open for direct sales on Saturdays from 4pm to 6.30pm, and on other days by appointment. Visitors can also take a tour of the farm and learn more about the day-to-day running of a goat farm. It's an ideal way to meet a local producer, taste cheeses with character and enjoy an authentic Haute-Garonne experience.
