At Ferme de la Houero, you'll discover a farm where Gascon pigs are fed a diet based on organic seeds and plants. You'll find all kinds of pig products on site: belly, knuckle, pâté, knuckle of ham, etc. Direct sales only on Saturdays (advance booking required to collect orders).
