FERME DE L'AZEMA

CABANAC-SEGUENVILLE

Description

Anne-Marie welcomes you to her traditional duck farm, where you can buy ducks directly from the farm and share her passion for her profession.

At the family-run Narguet farm, Anne-Marie produces free-range poultry fed on locally-grown cereals. But most of the farm's production goes into ducks, which are traditionally force-fed on yellow corn from October to mid-April. In season, Ail Violet de Cadours (PDO) is grown and harvested, then dried on wooden bars under a ventilated shelter. Anne-Marie works with top chefs. She offers direct farm sales by appointment, and will be delighted to show you around her duck farm and the cultivation of Cadours Violet Garlic. On the premises, you'll find preserved foie gras, duck pâté, confit, cassoulet and other products derived from fattened duck. Delivery available to order.
