This producer of free-range lamb is committed to sustainable agriculture. The meat from the farm is vacuum-packed and labelled. He also cuts meat to order. Sébastien sells direct from the farm every Saturday afternoon, and at markets in the Toulouse region, including the Castéra market on Wednesday afternoons.
