Jean-Yves Bourbeau will make you discover the art of cutlery. His knives are unique and they can be customized to suit your requirements.

Jean-Yves Bourbeau comes from Canada where he studied metal working. Besides his parents were wood sculptors hence his knowhow in cutlery. He makes all the parts of a tailor-made knife from start to end : handle, blade, case. He welcomes you for a visit of his workshop. He is also a specialist in knives sharpening and restoration. Cutlery lessons on request.
