Jean-Yves Bourbeau is originally from Canada, where he trained in metalworking. His parents were woodcarvers, hence his expertise in knife-making. He makes everything from A to Z (handles, blades, sheaths) and invites you to discover his design workshop, where he makes bespoke, hand-crafted cutlery. Sharpening and restoring blades for professionals and private customers, as well as selling handmade knives. Cutlery courses (forging not included) are also available on request.
