In Thil, in the Haute-Garonne, the pottery workshop "Le Parc des Ricochets" opens its doors to you for a creative immersion in clay. Since 2014, Arnaud Buty, a passionate artisan potter and renowned teacher, has been passing on his love of clay through courses, workshops and demonstrations open to all. Children aged 6 and over, beginners and experienced adults alike, all find here a space for free expression, with no set theme, where projects take shape to the rhythm of their hands. Whether modelling, raku, working with sticks, shaping stoneware or taking a sculptural approach, Arnaud explores the material in all its facets, sharing a variety of techniques in a friendly atmosphere. His world, somewhere between the imaginary and the everyday, gives rise to unique pieces, poetic creatures, organic forms and objects inspired by nature. The studio is open all year round, offering a free introductory class, regular sessions for children and adults, and workshops for schools and leisure centres. An open house is held in July, offering exhibitions and demonstrations. There are also introductory courses on the potter's wheel.
