LA PLAINE DU FLECH
Nathalie, Jérôme and their parents sell garlic and other products grown in their farm La Plaine du Flech.
La Plaine du Flech is a family run garlic farm created in 2008 by a couple. On this 130-ha farm they grow various products (wheat, corn, barley, sunflower, rapeseed) and vegetables (white garlic, purple garlic, onions, shallots). The products are sold to individuals and retailers in various packagings (braid or bulk). They sell their products in various South-West markets and fairs and in their other farm in Comberouger. They practice integrated farming methods and dry garlic either with palox ventilation or on sweet chesnut stuctures.
